Use this form for help, privacy requests, or security reports. Messages go to a private inbox read only by the site operator — nothing is published, and your athlete ID is never shown publicly. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

Do it yourself first

Stamping stopped? Open Manage — check you are connected, updates are on, and the race date hasn't passed.
Wrong race? Pick again on the race picker, then reconnect.
Stop everything? Disconnect on the Manage page. Stored tokens are deleted; already-written descriptions stay unless you edit them on Strava.
Delete everything? Use “Delete my data” on the Manage page (or POST /api/delete-account). See Privacy — deleting your data.
Download your data? GET /api/export while connected.
Strava-side revoke? Remove the app at Strava app settings — your data here is deleted automatically.
